Wild, line-caught, West Coast King salmon marinated in ginger, Saki and miso. Served with forbidden rice.
Pecan Bourbon Chicken with wild mushroom rice
Free range organic chicken thigh roasted and topped with a bourbon pecan sauce, and wild mushroom rice.
Gnocchi with a tomato sauce
Hand-made potato, ricotta cheese and egg gnocchi served with a sun dried tomato olive and caper sauce
Buy-up meal- Prime rib and lobster
Salad, bread and butter will be on table, along with choice of 3 dressings. All above will be served with roasted spring vegetables with a balsamic reduction.
Dessert will be provided by Culvers a Frozen Yogurt Delight and home made Fudge.
